Definitions

Any reference to ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘Marluce’, is referring to Marluce Group Limited. 

Any reference to ‘you’, is referring to the person submitting the personal information and/or the individual to which the information relates to. 

Any reference to ‘day’, is referring to any calendar day. 

For the purposes of form ‘Register your Details’, Marluce Group Limited will be collecting the following data from you which you have willingly submitted in order to be notified of any career vacancies at Marluce Group Limited, we do not guarantee that any suitable position will become available, nor do we guarantee that you will be considered for any future positions.

Why are we collecting this data?

We are collecting this data with your explicit permission in order to notify you of any future career opportunities at Marluce Group Limited. 

How is the data stored?

Your data will be stored electronically and will only be used for the purpose outlined above or if we feel you may benefit from hearing about other employment opportunities at the Marluce Group Limited. Such as our temp-staff programme. 

Can I ask for my data to be deleted securely?

Absolutely. Once you have submitted the ‘Register your Details’ form, you may contact us via the contact form on our website or by emailing enquiries@marluce.co.uk by simply sending “Remove my details Request”. Once received, your request will be actioned within 2 days. 

Will my data be shared with external parties?

No, never. We will never share your data unless you disclose to us, any concerning information which we feel should be brought to the attention of government agencies, i.e., the police. 

How long will my data be kept on file?

We will keep your information on file for 12 months. 7 days before the anniversary of the 12-month period, we will contact you via email and text message to ask whether you would like your information to be kept on file for another 12 months. If we do not receive a response within 5 days, we will send another message via email and text message advising that we are yet to receive a response from you and unless we do, we shall assume you do not wish for us to continue holding your data and will therefore proceed to securely dispose of such data within 2 days, after this point. Following the secure disposal of your data, to be notified of any future careers at Marluce Group Limited, you will need to submit another ‘Register your Details’ form. 

How will my data be disposed of?

Since this policy refers to the online form, ‘Register your Details’, the data in question will be stored electronically. Therefore, when we come to dispose of such data, we shall endeavour to permanently delete the original data set and any backed-up versions of such data. 

Is there anything I should do?

No. We treat privacy very seriously at Marluce, you can therefore be confident that we will not use your data for anything other than that mentioned above, moreover, we will never share the information outside of the organisation.
