  • How is it Measured: By using internal systems, we track the number of new ideas generated and those which have been implemented, moreover, ensuring adequate resources are assigned to research and development.

  • Aim: To instill a sense of responsibility and accountability in everyone at the company by encouraging colleagues to speak-out and by supporting one-another to rectify the situation. Eliminating the prospect of a  'blame culture' workplace. 
  • Purpose: Empowering colleagues to take initiative and drive results by venturing outside of one's comfort zone.
  • How is it Measured: Regularly analysing performance metrics, project completion rates and feedback from all those concerned.
