We believe the key to achieving a prosperous society is by giving everyone the opportunity to succeed. Even if that means giving a second chance. Therefore, we very rarely refuse entry to the platform. However, everyone must go through a vetting process to uphold the integrity of the platform. 

If something comes up during the vetting process, our expert team will work with the individual to address the matter.

With regards to roles that require qualifications, such as Gas Engineers, evidence will be required along with additional checks before assigning any such related work.

Not always. Sometimes positions become available at short-notice either due to client demands or to cover illness. It is therefore recommended that when you sign up, you outline your skills, availability and preferences, this ensures you are notified as soon as a position becomes available. All positions are given on a first-come, first-served basis for efficiency purposes.

Associates using the platform are paid fortnightly on a Friday through bank transfer. The cut off period is Sunday at 23:59. Therefore, any hours worked after this cut off period is paid in two weeks time (the next fortnight period).

Operatives are paid on a self-employed basis, unless agreed otherwise. It is therefore the Operative's responsibility to complete a self-assessment to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). We can assist with this to ensure you remain compliant and to avoid any unexpected tax payment demands.
